Dear Nick, Thank you very much for your wonderful music. It wasn’t until 2023 that I came across your 1972 Pink Moon during a visit to a record store while strolling through my city reminiscing about my youth. I used to go to this store a lot when I was a teenager, but it was a long time ago. Life took me there again shortly after I visited my mother in the hospital. The record store was packed with everything a music lover in heaven would want. And the music that came from the speakers and gave me your song Pink Moon was heavenly. I had already learned to love the song Northern Skies from This Is Us, my absolute favorite television show. But I didn’t know it was one of your songs because I didn’t know your name. So that was a coincidence. In the record store people were almost shocked that I had never heard your name before. They were the kind of people that hang around record stores and they were very friendly. They then explained everything to me in great detail and made sure that your memory was properly honored. I bought your record without asking the price. I just knew I wanted to hear your music a lot more. Pink Moon has accompanied me lovingly over the last few days with my mom. Nick, your music helps me believe that I can be part of something really big. Give my mom a hug and a kiss for me, will you? She will love you too. WR
